While we genuinely hope that cancellations won't be necessary, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, it is important for us to have a policy in place to manage appointments effectively and ensure that our time and resources are optimised.
If, for any reason, you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice. By doing so, you can avoid any charges associated with a cancelled treatment.
Regrettably, cancellations requested within 24 hours of the appointment or on the day itself will incur an automatic penalty fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost.
We truly value each and every one of our clients, and we sincerely appreciate your ongoing support. Your satisfaction is our priority, and by notifying us as early as possible, you enable us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. This helps us make the most efficient use of our time and resources.
