COVID-19 Update

Your safety and peace of mind is always our priority at The Beauty Studio. We strive to do our best to protect our clients, visitors, and staff, and strictly follow WA Health Guidelines.

We have divided our team between Studio One and Studio Two as a precautionary measure. Each Beauty will remain in their assigned studio, and will not move between the two buildings, or mix with one another. Appointment confirmations will confirm which Studio you should go to for your appointment.

In the event that Covid should enter one of the studios, we will be able to continue to operate out of the other building, whilst we await test results to allow us to re-open fully.

At this stage, clients are not required to be vaccinated. However, this is likely to change and we will keep you updated as soon as any new announcements are made. All staff are vaccinated.

Hopefully we will be able to revert back to normal soon!


COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

Making a booking with us means we are reserving an appointment slot for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule we ask you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you cancel in the 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. 

We know times are tough at the moment, and we ask for your kindness and understanding when it comes to our cancellation policy. As a small business, we rely on our scheduled appointments and when appointments are cancelled at the last minute it impacts us greatly. 

By making a booking at The Beauty Studio, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. If you don't agree with our policies, you are welcome to call on the day and see if we have any openings but we cannot guarantee you an appointment.
